HOUSE-sale nightmares, liposuction and (yet another) new love - no wonder Britney Spears feels the need to wig out.
The singer – who controversially shaved her head a few weeks ago – eased the stress by heading out in a new hairpiece and hat.
And the outing seemed to restore her good spirits – she was pictured happily smiling and texting pals at a Los Angeles Lakers versus Phoenix Suns basketball game.
Other stars at the LA home game included Spiderman star Tobey Maguire and actor Jon Cryer, with his fiancee Lisa Joyner.
Spears was earlier today reported to be having trouble selling her Malibu mansion.
The 25-year-old put the seven-bedroom, 1.53-acre estate on the market in January for $13.5 million.
On March 28, the price dropped to $11.9 million, and it is still available at that price.
Spears bought the palatial home in October 2004, shortly after marrying Kevin Federline, for $6.9 million.
According to gossips, Federline will receive half of the house cost in his divorce settlement.
Over the weekend, Spears reportedly told him he was the "biggest mistake she ever made".
The couple had two sons together – Sean Preston and Jayden James.
She has just started fat-busting injections in addition to a strict dance regime in a bid to regan her figure.
Romantically spears is also bouncing back, and said to be dating relatively unknown musician Howie Day.
Spears apparently met him when they were both in rehab.
She supposedly "fell hard for him" and plans to bring him as her date when she attends her cousin's wedding soon.
A source told Newsweek.com: "She thinks he's very talented – and says he's the best kisser ever!"
But Spears' mom seems to be concerned about Day's past because he has been arrested twice and was sent to rehab as a part of his probation.
A Spears family member said: "Lynne (Britney's mom) wants Britney to be with someone outside the music industry.
"Howie is always on the road and exposed to influences that are discouraged in rehab." |
